1、 Product Features

AKD1-1 is a granular slagging agent with good fluidity and easy spreading. It has a good separation effect on the surface floating slag of aluminum melt, with a dry slag layer and high metal recovery rate. Particle morphology reduces dust flying.

2、 Applicable scenarios

Suitable for small-scale or precisely controlled aluminum alloy slagging applications such as crucible furnaces and ladle casting, as well as for reflector furnaces.

3、 Dosage

0.1% to 0.2% of the mass of aluminum liquid, with a typical value of 0.15%.

4、 Usage method

The temperature of the aluminum liquid is between 680 ℃ and 750 ℃, and the particle slagging agent is evenly sprinkled on the slag surface. Gently stir for 1-2 minutes, remove the residue after it dries. Repeatable.

5、 Precautions

Granules should avoid moisture and clumping; Take protective measures during operation.
