Boron Nitride Demoulding Coating BN: It is a concentrated material of active boron nitride and an excellent coating; it is non-stick and non-wetting, providing comprehensive protection to material surfaces that come into direct contact with molten aluminum, magnesium, zinc alloys and their slag.

Product application: Conversion of the surface lining and metal components of the ladle's vertical tube that come into permanent contact with the aluminum melt.

Basic composition: 98% boron nitride

Instructions for Use:

Clean the surface of the protected material, and apply the boron nitride coating diluted to 2-3 times its original concentration to the material surface using a sponge, brush, or spray gun, or adjust the dilution ratio as needed. After application, dry the coating at around 300℃. The coating can be used once it is dry.

For inaccessible areas (such as the inner wall of a thin tube), the item to be coated can be immersed in diluted paint and used after drying.

*Make sure the coating is even and not too thick.

Packaging and storage: 3 liters/barrel, can be customized according to customer requirements, stored in a cool place
