AX-1160 mold repair agent is used for pasting or repairing the inner wall of the graphite ring of the aluminum alloy rod crystallizer.  

This product is a grayish-white, moldable refractory material; it is easy to operate and has loose requirements for usage conditions. At the same time, it adopts strict standardized production, eliminating the need for manual on-site fabrication and repair, reducing work intensity, and eliminating the need for re-coating with oil after application and molding. With a maximum refractoriness of 1100℃, it can form a dense and smooth refractory coating. After 2-3 consecutive casting operations, the usage cost is reduced.

Instructions: Clear away the debris on the inner wall of the crystallizer, apply mold repair agent to the inner wall of the crystallizer's graphite ring, and depending on the on-site situation, level the surface once it meets the requirements before casting.

Packaging and storage: 5kg/barrel, 20kg/box

Store in a dry and cool place; temperature should not be below 5℃.

After each use, it should be sealed to prevent it from drying out and solidifying due to water loss.

Shelf life: 6 months
