1. Product characteristics

Aluminum-vanadium alloy master alloy (product code AlV), with vanadium content customized according to customer needs. Vanadium can refine grain size, enhance strength, and improve heat resistance. Based on aluminum as the matrix, the composition is uniform.

II. Applicable Scenarios

It is suitable for aluminum alloys that have requirements for high-temperature strength and grain size, such as aerospace aluminum materials, aluminum materials for high-speed rail, etc.

III. Dosage

The recommended addition amount is 0.05% to 0.3% of the mass of the aluminum liquid, calculated based on the target vanadium content.

IV. Usage

1. The temperature of the aluminum liquid is 730℃～760℃.

2. After removing the slag, press the aluminum-vanadium alloy block into the deep part of the melt and stir.

3. Dissolution time: 10-15 minutes.

4. Allow the slag to settle and then take samples for analysis.

V. Precautions

The amount of vanadium added should be small, and care should be taken to ensure even distribution; store in a dry environment.

VII. Storage conditions

Store in a ventilated and dry place, and strictly prevent moisture.
