Aluminum-zirconium alloy
1. Product Features
Aluminum-Zirconium Alloy Master Alloy (Product Code AlZr), typically containing 3% to 10% zirconium (specific content can be customized). Zirconium element can refine grain size, increase recrystallization temperature, and enhance creep resistance. Based on aluminum matrix, it is stable in dissolution.
II. Applicable Scenarios
It is suitable for applications involving aluminum-zirconium alloys, high-conductivity aluminum alloy wires, high-temperature aluminum alloys, and situations where microstructure refinement is required.
III. Dosage
Additive dosage (kg) = weight of aluminum liquid (kg) × (target zirconium % - original zirconium %) ÷ zirconium content in alloy. The typical addition amount is 0.1% to 0.5% of the aluminum liquid mass.
IV. Usage
1. The temperature of the aluminum liquid is 730℃~760℃.
2. After removing the slag, press the aluminum-zirconium alloy block into the bottom of the melt and stir thoroughly.
3. Dissolution time: 10-15 minutes.
4. Allow the slag to settle and then take samples for analysis.
V. Precautions
Zirconium has a high melting point, requiring a relatively high smelting temperature; it should be stored in a moisture-proof environment.

Store in a ventilated and dry place, and strictly prevent moisture.
