After a large number of bubbles are emitted, the contact area with the aluminum liquid is sufficient. A large number of dispersed bubbles are formed in the aluminum melt, and during the process of rising, the bubbles come into full contact with H gas and impurities in the aluminum melt, bringing the gas and impurities in the aluminum liquid to the surface of the aluminum liquid, achieving the purpose of degassing and slag removal.

Characteristics: Block refining agent, which refines the melt by emitting a large number of bubbles. The amount of bubbles emitted is greater than that of powder or granular materials. This product does not produce toxic gas or obvious smoke during use, and has no adverse effects on human body, equipment, or the environment.

Dosage: 0.1-0.2% of the weight of the aluminum liquid, with a recommended dosage of 0.2% It can also be determined based on the actual situation on site.

Usage: After melting solid aluminum, if there is a lot of floating slag, it should be removed first. When the temperature of the aluminum liquid reaches 720 ℃ or above, during the refining operation, the operator can achieve a greater degree of rolling and agitation of the aluminum liquid. After the refining agent is sprayed, remove the floating slag and allow it to stand before proceeding with the casting operation. If a large amount of waste is added, the above refining process can be repeated to ensure the refining quality of the aluminum melt.
