RQL cleaning agent
1、 Product Features
RQL cleaning agent is a powdered or granular product that, through chemical reactions, causes the ash (alumina, slag) on the walls of aluminum melting furnaces and crucible furnaces to loosen and fall off, making it easy to clean and reducing furnace wall fouling.
2、 Applicable scenarios
Suitable for regularly cleaning the slag and ash deposits on the inner walls of aluminum melting equipment such as reflector furnaces and crucible furnaces.
3、 Dosage
According to the thickness of ash deposition on the furnace wall, 0.5-1 kg is used per square meter of furnace wall area.
4、 Usage method
Drain or transfer the aluminum liquid in the furnace, and evenly spread the cleaning agent on the ash deposition area of the furnace wall. Close the furnace door for insulation, reopen the burner for about ten minutes, and then close the burner. When the ash becomes loose, use a special tool to scrape off and clean the loose ash residue.
5、 Precautions
Wear dust masks and protective goggles during operation; Avoid inhaling dust; Thoroughly remove the residue after cleaning the furnace.
